Alan... It's scary just thinking about it. The future of the world is in jeopardy, and it's certainly not because of my loose morals or yours. It's the fanatics feeding their youngins on hatred and lies.
Oh yes, the Westboro Baptist Church... I first heard about them way back when I was still hanging out on Usenet, back in the prehistoric days before the World Wide Web... they made the headlines for picketing the funerals of gay men who had been murdered or had died of AIDS.
Incidentally, Louis Theroux over here in the UK did a TV programme about them earlier this year, where he actually stayed with them for a few weeks interviewing them... the entire extended family is involved... it's called "The Most Hated Family in America", and you can find the full programme on Google Video. They are seriously deranged! The scariest part was that the younger family member are pretty normal kids, apart from believing that gay people are evil and America is going to Hell as a result...
