Time Warner can suck it

Neck trouble led right to back trouble. When my back goes out, it usually means 2 weeks of excruciating pain, during which I cannot sit stand. I felt it coming on, so after my shoot Friday, I got straight into bed. It's still at that low-simmer and, thankfully, hasn't ballooned into a full-blown disaster, but it's there and preventing me from working. Which is just as well, I suppose, because my fucking internet's been out for 6 days. Finally, after an hour and a half on the phone with two different support people, it's now back up.

I'm over Time Warner. Their customer service blows.
