I shoot A LOT. I'm fairly prolific. What that means, though, is that I've got more to edit than I have time for, so every once in a while I have to shut down everything else so that I can try to catch up. There's nothing worse than having a herd of ravenous models giving you the stink eye because you owe them content.
With this fear in mind, a few weeks ago i canceled all of my upcoming shoots and sat down at my computer to make some headway through my "to edit" folder. As luck would have it, though, my computer died, the replacement computer died, and I'm now on to number three. So far, so good, and I'm hoping it keeps working because I've got tons more to do. The moratorium has only been suspended a couple of times, once to shoot Mz Berlin and Miss Conduct, and one to follow Mz Berlin out to the desert to shoot stills for her upcoming epic bondage film.
In the meantime, I've been getting a ton of photos edited and I feel my load lifting a bit. Don't know when I'll feel caught up enough to begin the shootfest again, but when I do, it'll be with a clear conscience.
Editing isn't everything, though, and I've been up to some other good deeds as well. I was interviewed for the current issue of Bizarre magazine (featuring a gorgeous photo of Mosh on the cover shot by my super pal, Lithium Picnic) for an article offering advice to would-be models. I've also been approached by them to pen their monthly fetish spread. So, each month, I'll be writing about and offerring photos about a particular fetish. I've got my first two articles submitted, so be sure to pick up next month's issue! And, finally, I've finished my second book. All of the photos, the text, and the contract are at my publisher's office in Berlin and the book is due out this fall.Maybe now that you know most everything I've been up to, you'll find it in your heart to forgive me for neglecting you. (You are so understanding...)
To really really make it all up to you, I'm going to be posting photos from my last shoot with Mz and Miss, plus some samples from the other day's desert exploits. Stay tuned!!
