I had a shoot booked a while ago for yesterday but everything seemed to fall apart at the last moment. The makeup artist flaked. One of the models flaked. But we pulled it together at the last minute. January was still in and I arranged for Scar to join us. We met over at my friend's house and shot for most of the afternoon. It turned out to be a whole lot of fun, and I think that the girls hit it off so well that they're planning other shoots behind my back. LOL Obviously, I'm kidding. The world needs more of those two together. =)
We did three girl/girl scenes and two exclusive solos for Fetish By Anna. As inevitably happens, I love the solos and I'm somewhat bummed that I can't use them on my own site, but I'm happy they'll be out there and FBA is a great site, so it's all good. =)
We started the day with January's solo. She looked amazing in a little latex polka-dotted dress. Then, after Scar arrived, we moved into the bedroom and January topped Scar in a smokin' hot bdsm scene. For the stills, they played with restraints, a crop, and clothespins on Scar's labia. The action continued for the video with some awesome violet wand play. The girls needed a bit of a breather after that, so I dressed them in sexy lingerie and stockings and let them just make out for a while. LOL Scar had a special request after that. She wanted to be dressed in pantyhose encasement and I was happy to oblige. January dommed again with bondage, gags, and some good old corporal punishment. The day ended with Scar's solo set for FBA, in a sexy transparent green latex dress and killer heels.

My friend, Raymond, is here visiting from NYC. I haven't seen him in years, since my last trip to New York, actually. We've been close for over a decade, our friendship having been forever sealed by countless marathon games of canasta, and I do miss him all of the time. Last night we drove way the fuck out to Pomona to see Love and Rockets. It was like my old friend and I were visiting my other old friends. The oldest concert t-shirt I own (well, that I actually bought at a show) is my Love and Rockets t-shirt from 1985 when I saw them at the Palladium in Hollywood, opening for Siouxsie and the Banshees. Despite the drive, problems with the sounds system, and the weird all-ages (no bar) venue, they were great. All of my favorite old songs were sung and I was so completely happy.
I guess my friends and I are getting to be of a "certain age". All of my favorite bands when I was a teenager are starting to tour again and I'm so down for the reunion bandwagon. Bauhaus started touring again a while ago, and I've seen Soft Cell, The Creatures, English Beat, I have tickets for Yaz. Last year there was this 80s concert at the Hollywood Bowl with ABC, The Psychedelic Furs, and Human League (who were spectacular, btw)... It's been amazing to see all of the acts I missed the first time around, if slightly sad. I'm not THAT old, and they're all older than me. Kinda odd seeing old men playing that don't fit my mental images, but I'm still going.
I'm looking at the LA Weekly and there are upcoming shows with Alien Sex Fiend, Specimen, Duran Duran, The Police, Elvis Costello, DI, etc. etc. I remember when K.C. and the Sunshine Band started touring years and years ago and how sad and funny we thought that was; bloated old guys in sparkly shirts and all. Is this the same thing? Kinda, huh?

A couple weeks ago, I received a package of latex in the mail from Latex Nemesis. I had planned to shoot Apnea in it, but her trip was canceled, so I booked Pia instead. I'm so glad she was available. I love hanging out with her and photographing her, and it's been a long time since we've done either.
I scheduled the shoot at Sonny Black's space. If you haven't had the good fortune to ogle his stuff in person, be sure to check out his website. If you're in the market for dungeon furniture, his can't be beat!
There are a few more sets we shot, but I've only had time to get Sonny's photos edited. Hopefully I'll remember to post samples of the rest tomorrow. LOL No guarantees, though! I've got so much work to do these days that I'm in a bit over my head. But, what else is new?
